Symone was amazing! Even though my room wasn't ready, she quickly offered accommodations for me to get changed for my next meeting, to store my things and suggested amazing places to go dine in, Velvet Taco for the slam dunk!! She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant, and I can't appreciate her and the entire staff's hospitality and exceptional customer service enough. This was my first trip to Austin via my job, but it definitely will not be my last and next time I will be there for leisure! Thanks for making my experience a great one! Roll Tide though ;-)

Everything! I liked the location, as it was literally around the corner from my favorite bar in the domain. I liked the hotel setup because I LOVE to play billiards and there was a pool table in the lobby area. The bar/bartender was great and the room was awesome. The Aloft will be my go to hotel for the domain during future stays.

The entire staff is very very welcoming and have a wonderful customer friendly attitude. Highly recommend. They go the extra mile to make sure you really enjoy your trip and feel like a piece of home

We like the fact that it was centrally located and that we didn’t have to drive. We parked our Tesla in the parking garage and we walked to the clubs that were on the next street. We went shopping the next day and we never had to move our vehicle. However,, when we did leave the area we took an Uber when we wanted to go on 6th street to party.

We decided to stay in Austin last minute Christmas Day. We stayed in this hotel before and liked it a lot so we went back. Same excellent greeting at the front desk. Free parking a me a good clean room.

Clean comfortable room with a nice layout. The parking garage was closer than expected. Excellent location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Breakfast was too small but ok for a light bite. I liked how clean it was and how spacious the room was.
